Normally, 10% of every sale KittyMaille makes goes to The Cat Shack, however, when there are kitties in need of medical care, 10% doesn't cut it.  For those cases, KittyMaille has opened up the Fundraiser Items area.  100% of the items here will go directly to help kitties.
